  • Enter your residential status whether you are a South African citizen, a permanent resident, or a refugee.
  • Enter the number from your ID.
  • Choose what kind of ID you have (regular ID document or temporary ID).
  • Re-enter your ID number for verification.
  • Choose if you’re Mr., Mrs., or Miss.
  • Enter your full name.
  • Enter your surname.
  • Give your email address.
  • Choose your password. Make sure to enter a password with at least 8 characters. The password must contain uppercase and lowercase letters. Also do not forget to add special characters, symbols and numbers. You have to make sure that the password must not be easy to guess to assure safety.
  • Enter your 10-digit South African phone number that starts with 0.

Step 3: One-Time-Pin (OTP) Verification
